We have been caretakers of Tweed Ultima Apartments for around 2+ years, At this time we have engaged Stop and Seal to do water leak rectification on 6 or more problem areas around the property. Each leak has been assessed and whilst Stop and Seal have needed to attend to the same problem area more than once, the important thing is they have kept coming back out. All but 1 of our 6 issues have been resolved and some of these leaks have been issues over 12 years that no one else could fix.
