How We Apply SNSeal Injectable Sealant
Our 5-Step Process ensures precision and a high-quality finish:
1. Surface Preparation
The targeted surface is cleaned and prepared to ensure that it is free of debris, dust, and other contaminants.
2. Crack Identification
The cracks and gaps in the surface are identified and evaluated to determine the best injection strategy.
3. Hole Drilling
A single injection hole is core drilled beside the crack to allow for the injection of the Stop & Seal waterproofing material.
4. Injection
The waterproofing material is injected into the cracks or gaps under pressure, filling the crack and sealing the surface.
5. Curing
We then spray the injected fluid with a chemical to make the Stop and Seal waterproofing “go off” and fill the crack with a solid rubber.
